Jul 27, after the close
Schumer and Manchin announce a deal the market hadn't priced: $369 billion for climate and clean energy, folded into what becomes the Inflation Reduction Act.
Jul 28
Sunrun closes up 30.0%. First Solar up 15.3%. Most of the move happened in one session, before any vote was held.

Every bill action is posted to Congress.gov first. Finode reads it, scores how likely the bill is to pass, and tells you which of your companies it names.

Bill actions are checked twice a day.
01
It reads the source
Congress.gov, Senate lobbying filings, STOCK Act disclosures, the FDA and trial registries, newswires, X and Reddit, economic releases, ship and flight traffic.
02
It decides what matters
Most of it doesn't. A quick first pass drops the noise; what's left is read in full and scored for impact.
03
It finds who it touches
The stocks you hold, the ones you watch, and the sectors they sit in.
04
It tells you, with the source
An alert that links to the filing, the bill or the article, so you can check it yourself.

The project’s own paper, its code activity and its contract are read for how much will ever exist, how much unlocks when, and who can create more.
Every number shows its source. Anything we couldn’t measure is named, never counted as zero, and anything we assumed is labelled as ours.
